Designing with Precision and Daylight
Artisanal upholstery company, Jouffre, chose a new headquarters in Long Island and appointed Agencie to bring their design values into their space. They have an appreciation of clean lines and proportions, and respect and mastery of traditional and contemporary techniques.
New skylights were engineered, drawing natural light deep inside. The minimalist, sawtooth aesthetic immerses the space with daylight, bringing clarity to the colors and textures of their work.
Extensive storage space allows the team to clear away clutter and access samples as required. Ample pin-up space has been ensured in design rooms, supporting the design process and curation of catalogs. By carefully considering how the space is used, it can easily be kept tidy and inviting for employees and their clients.
